Who we are
Flow designs and installs underfloor heating and floor screed as a joined-up floorzone package. Our core work is with M&E and main contractors on commercial programmes. We also take on homes and small-builder jobs — same standards, simpler route in.
How we’re set up
Spec-side estimating and design paired with site delivery — so the floorzone is owned end to end, not split across disconnected trades.
Who you’ll deal with
John Biggs — Head of Estimating & Design
Leads pricing, floorzone design, and coordination with M&E, architects, and consultants. Makes the package clear on paper before it hits site.
Adam Wood — Director
Owns delivery and programme. Makes sure the install matches the design: UFH, screed, and the site discipline main contractors expect.

Based in Barnsley, Yorkshire. We work across Yorkshire and throughout the UK.
